What users complain about
Trustpilot shows 3.1/5 from 12 reviews (Trustpilot page, counted 18 October 2026). Recurring complaints:
- A reviewer said support sent canned replies that didn’t answer their questions. (review)
- A reviewer said the headshots looked fake and didn’t fit social platforms. (review)
- A buyer said the paid package led to “free” generations instead of the advertised service. (review)
Overall value verdict
Dreamwave’s retention terms are fine, but an unpublished price and an all-sales-final policy put it last. Its own site claims a 4.96/5 rating from more than 2,000 reviews without naming a source, while its Trustpilot page shows 3.1/5 from 12. Some reviews on its Trustpilot page also seem to describe a different Dreamwave product, so treat that score with care.
