Privacy and data use
Gemini Apps Activity is on by default and auto-deletes after 18 months (you can pick 3 or 36 months, or turn it off). With activity off, chats are still held for up to 72 hours. Chats picked for human review are kept for up to 3 years, even if you delete your activity.
Refunds and cancellation
Google says there are no refunds for partial billing periods.
Overall value verdict
Gemini is good value if you also want Google storage, but its privacy terms are weaker than most here: reviewed chats can outlive your own deletion by up to three years. Don’t put anything sensitive in it.
